The Advanced Placement program is a United States based, university-level curriculum offered to high school students; students are granted college credit if they obtain qualifying scores during the May exams.

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is a British developed two-year educational programme for students aged 16-19. It also provides an internationally accepted qualification for entry into higher education, and is recognized by universities worldwide.
